J'aimerais vous faire partager ma déception et colère face à la totale désinvolture de certains artisans qui apparamment n'ont toujours pas compris que ne pas respecter des clients potentiels n' était pas un bon calcul à moyen / long-terme , surtout à l'heure de l' internet

J'ai pris contact avec cette société ds le cadre de l' établissement d' un devis pour faire changer 10 volets en bois par de nouveaux en Aluminium; ce qui est apparemment parfaitement dans les cordes de la Sté. J'ai eu  au tel.  leur responsable commercial, en tt cas la personne qui est indiquée sur le site internet de la Sté ALU MULTIPOSE, et nous avons convenu un RDV lors d'un de mes passages sur la région car ma résidence principale se situe à plus de 500 kms de la Hte-Savoie...

Le RDV étant fixé  à une heure qui convenait aux deux parties, j'ai attendu le responsable commercial de ALU MULTIPOSE un samedi matin sur le lieu du futur chantier...en vain ( J'étais resté le samedi matin dans ce but, et souhaitais reprendre la route le plus rapidement possible ensuite pour rejoindre la famille).

N'ayant aucune nouvelle de sa part, je l'ai appelé sur son tel. portable mais également sur le tel de la Sté en laissant à chaque fois un message pour demander de me tenir au courant d' un événtuel retard.....non seulement, ledit commercial n'est pas passé de la matinée mais il n'a pas jugé bon de laisser aucun message le samedi, ni même les jours suivants !!  ....

Quand je parle de colère, c'est un mot faible pour qualifier ce que je pense de ce genre de responsable commercial qui jette malheureusement le discrédit sur la Sté qui les emploie ....et je souhaitais avec ce message éviter à d'aures personnes de subir ce genre de désagrément.
